If you say to me, "eczema, best treatment," the first thing that comes to my mind is finding a cure for skin disease that involves practically no doctors, absolutely no steroids, and is most certainly permanent. Don't get me wrong, steroids have their purpose, and I can appreciate their use, but when it comes to eczema, I don't even want to hear them mentioned.

Step 1 is to find out the actual cause of your eczema. This can be done with a simple allergy test from your doctor.
