"it comes in handy when i have flare ups. i used this in conjunction with la roche posay lipikar syndet to keep skin dryness and exacerbation of my eczema under control. I haven't a need for it for about a year now, but keeps ordering it for my husband who uses it to control dry cracked skin on his thumb. he has tried lotions w/ glycolic acid in the past, but so far this is the one that works for him."
